There Is Really Only One Way To Deal With Your Thoughts: Observe Them While You Continue Living

To live a happy human life, we have to fix the issue of not understanding the human design. Yet, we engage with it everyday. We are in a human body and mind, without understanding it.


You are feeling bad, sad, frustrated or worried and you think that this happening to you. Wrong.


It is happening in your brain and body, which are constantly changing. Your thoughts. Your sensations. All in flux, all the time. However you are one aware of them. So you are not in them. You knowing of life is totally external to them.


Understanding the human design means understanding that our brains and bodies are conditioned to do what they do. They will always end up doing that as it’s a series of events which lead to any action or thought hence reality what we see. It’s not your choice, it’s all rooted in the past and the environment. You can’t even bring about a thought in your brain by your choice. Trying to bring any thought will be another thought. They just come and go. That is brain’s doing, not yours. If you want it to be yours, you have to observe it and see what your brain and it’s actions are doing to your life. Are these actions making you happy?

So next time you feel on top of the world, very knowledgeable or sad, angry, worried – remember these are concepts which have roots in your memory. In your brain’s memory. It reality there is no pain or sadness or happiness. These are just happenings of the mind. The brain has memories of what these happenings are. Memories given to us by books, society or past experience. The brain creates the pain because there are no other memories lr how to describe something which is painful. Now almost everything. Every little things feels painful in society. Nothing feels like. And where is the society? In our brains. In our habits. In our assumed personality which is just in our mind. We don’t really know what peace is anymore, but what our brains know is compulsive thinking and “war”. Conflict. From what is to what needs to be. And the lack of the ability to change what is, because the brain doesn’t want to think it is wrong. Hence the brain always returns to that and projects it out as war, relationship issues and impacts your own health and reality.


This brain/your thoughts is not an actual thing. It’s the person you think you are. That thinker who is using your brain power and makes decisions for you. Decisions against your own self. It’s what we call the cosmic joke.


Embodied Stillness is the only way to observe your own brain and body. Being still against the movement which we create in exercise, stretching and meditation.


This way we can see reality as it is, by analysing your thoughts and actions. Stillness also teaches the brain what you really are and that if it continuously listen to “the thinker”, we will end up in the same dire situations as before. Exactly what we worked so hard to come out of it. Our brains, fears and ambitions will move us away from love for life. Love for a person. Love for just living.


We are not workers for a system. But our brains are addicted to it, hence we run back to it. We can live and work in a different way to build a system ourselves which works for the human nature, not the human mind.


If you observe your own doings and see something out of sync. Means you are not happy. Not at rest. Something is off. Investigate it via cultivating and embodiment of stillness and your brain will listen to the truth. Truth about your happiness and love and it will make decisions easily in your favour. Away from the conditioned thoughts of the thinker. It will side with love and you.
