If You Understand This, You Will Only Love

Why do you fall in love with someone?

Do you like their personality or is it something else? Something deeper? Mind you, personalities change so we must keep that in mind. That is just the nature of reality; as your brain grows and develops. As it gathers more information, it changes its perspective. And in that perspective is the other person.

Let’s take the example of Sebastian. Why would anyone love Sebastian? Is it because he is an interesting guy or it is something else? Because I can tell you and you can ask the people who have known me for years, this personality has changed and will keep changing. From pain to pleasure. From success to failure. From health to not health. All of this, Sebastian has already experienced. All of this most of us have already experienced. So the personality changes. All the time.

So if you fall in love with a personality, you are fooled and doomed.

So what is true love and why do we fall in love with someone?

For this, we have to understand what is life for you? Is it the story you see day to day. The conversations. The chats. The work. Basically all the doings and workings of life. Or your experience of life is actually the five senses. The experience of being human. Being the true self. Of the moment. Of the now.

The answer will be very clear. Your experience of life only happens in the now and here and it’s in the understating of the five senses. It is also totally an internal experience. It’s the same experience which everyone is having, but that is a much larger concept and we will chat about that another day.

So your experience of life is the knowing of the five senses in the now. That is when you are truly yourself. The one which is understanding this. The one which lives. You.

You will only truly fall in love with a person, when regardless of the situation, personality, money and health, you can experience your five senses without the thinking brain.

Hence it’s only in the presence of love. Of true love. Of the feeling of love, you can be truly yourself. You can be still. Time stops.

You can return to your nature or stillness, outside or all movement.

That is the reason we fall in love with someone. Because in their presence and silence, your brain shuts down and the story goes away. It becomes a reality. You become yourself. The experiencer of all life.

And in that moment, when there is just pure experience of life, there is only observation of the now. Together. In sync. And that creates a totally new reality and universe for the beings in love. It feels like as if we have become totally still and a new dimension of reality opens up.

And that is the truth. When you are in the presence of love, your thinking mind is calm. In true love, your thinking mind isn’t there. Ever. You will experience clarity of sorts and see a different reality. Experienced and shared reality between two people. Reality is what we experience and create, but only if the thoughts behind are is from our core/ourselves, then it’s a totally new paradigm. And that is where revolutions starts. When two people can see a different reality together while experiencing life together. They end up changing the world if they fall in true love.

This isn’t only the case for a man or a woman. But love in general.

Without this, love and life will always struggle as we will be lost in our own limited reality of our own thought. And that is a very lonely place.

So fall in love. Hard. Not with the person or its personality. But the feeling of being you with them. Your true self. Totally you which only experiences life. Find someone who makes you feel that way and submit.

Love hard. Shatter your personality. Experience life in love. And then let the mind generate a shared reality based on the pure experience of life together, which is nothing but love for all.

Be in that space of shared reality and you can change the world. Fall in love with your own thoughts and desires and you may find yourself very alone and unable to achieve anything as no one really knows about the conditioned and limited reality running in your mind. Not even you. Unless you observe and see what is actually going on and then you will never ever do anything to restrict love.
