A Tip to Watch Your Thoughts That Can Change Your Reality

How to manage your thoughts? Can you? It’s simple. But only if you come out of your brain and observe your thoughts. Let me explain.
With keen and utmost observation yes you can observe thoughts but for that, your brain has to be present in the now. Completely. Liberated from all thought which isn’t about now. There is no thinker and hence no thinking which isn’t about now. As reality is made in now. Not in the future.
This liberation isn’t easy but we can look at it a few ways. Here we discuss ways to understand this state and eventually morph into the state of now. Like Chris says – osmosis. It works.
But even the osmosis membrane has a memory and baggage of previous times and has impurities. It’s a horrible loop the loop of the brain so let’s see if we can easily unpack this and try towards achieving a state where the source of the brain is easily identified and hence action is determined.
How do we manage our thoughts?
So how we do achieve this? Can we practice this? Is there a way to analyse thoughts and manage them?
Perhaps there is. If you can find the source of the thought and hence all of our actions.
Source. Inspiration. Base. Who is doing the thinking. Is it about now or it about sometime else?
We humans love talking. Chatting. Working. Expecting. Loving. Travelling and all that. All of this comes from thought and we are after the source of your thought and hence your reality. We all have so much to say and do and we say it using 70 percent of our brains energy. Gosh, that is a lot of brain power which could be put elsewhere.
So I ask you, what is the source of your thought? And hence your thinking and your action and reality (and potentially reality or a lot of people). I ask you when you think and you are about to do an action – to ask yourself what is the source of this? Who is doing the thinking.
Is it you. The one who is here. The one who lives now. And one who is life itself. One who wants to learn and observe life. Move with the flow and accept life. The one is always here and present observing it. The truth of your nature. Still and observing.
Or is the source the thinker? The person you are trying to change yourself. Make him better every day. But you still somehow need his person to think for you…why? You want him changed because you think his/her thoughts are not great as you know that. But you still allow this to happen. You still allow your brain is to be controlled.
And also how can you change him if you think it’s you….!!! It’s not you and that is the issue why we aren’t at peace with ourselves.
We don’t change. We observe the change.
So is the thought from this conditioned person who will always question everything. Is the source the thinking “Sebastian”, the person you think you are? Or is it the eternal source of love and acceptance of life in its entirety which thinks of all as a gift? The one which is just made of love. Which is open. Who just wants to live and love.
Who has no thought? Just an observation of the thought.
So next time you go in the thinking mode or are about to do something important, close your eyes, roll them back into themselves and down into your all body and scan it – keeping the focus on the eyes but feeling the whole body or any movement in the body and observe your thought. Look at your brain and thoughts and let them move = meditate and observe to investigate the source of this thought. It will come up.
Next time you are about to do anything significant, meditate and observe. Ask yourself, who is the culprit behind this thought? The conditioned socially constructed thinker or you?
